Return & Refund Policy 

At Multitech Bharat, we aim to provide high-quality hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, and spare parts. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 3–5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with proper packaging. Returns will only be accepted after verification by our team.

 

Customers are required to provide proof such as images or videos of the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection and approval. In most cases, we prefer replacement over refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time.

Please note that products damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling are not eligible for return or refund. Custom orders and special items may also not be eligible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
